Purpose of SaloneWeather

SaloneWeather provides weather forecasts, weather conditions, alerts, environmental information, and related informational services. The goal is to help users better understand weather conditions affecting their locations.

Weather Information

Weather information may come from third-party providers. Forecasts are predictions and may change. Actual conditions may differ. SaloneWeather cannot guarantee that every forecast, measurement, alert, or weather condition will always be completely accurate, current, or available.

SaloneWeather should not be your only source of information during severe weather or emergencies. Users should follow instructions and warnings issued by relevant government authorities, meteorological authorities, emergency management agencies, emergency services, and other official sources.

SaloneWeather may depend on third-party providers for weather data, infrastructure, communications, maps, notifications, and other functionality. These include OpenWeatherMap (weather data), OpenStreetMap (maps), and the Base44 platform (hosting, authentication, and database).

Service Availability

Interruptions can occur due to maintenance, internet connectivity, technical issues, third-party outages, infrastructure problems, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise identified, the SaloneWeather name, original branding, original app design, original written materials, and original SaloneWeather content are owned by or licensed to Leone Tech & AI Academy. Third-party trademarks, data, maps, and content remain the property of their respective owners. SaloneWeather does not claim ownership of OpenWeatherMap or any third-party weather information.

Changes to SaloneWeather

Features may be added, modified, suspended, improved, or removed as the service develops.

Account Suspension or Termination

Accounts may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, protecting users, protecting the application, or Terms violations.

Limitation of Responsibility

SaloneWeather provides weather information for general informational purposes. Users remain responsible for decisions based on weather information. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit responsibility to the extent not permitted by applicable law.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. The last updated date is shown above.
